Airmail service provided by Hong Kong Post is limited to a few countries, countries available for airmail will have the choice of it during checkout.

We are shipping from Hong Kong, mainly offer Hong Kong Post Airmail service and FedEx International Priority service.

Hong Kong Post Airmail service

Airmail only provides limited tracking information and longer transit time.

Mainly we will use Hong Kong Post e-Express service (Tracking number start with L). It may take around 2 weeks to 2 months time for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events, etc. as well as the territory coverage. Nevertheless, e-Express items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing. Items will deliver into your mailbox, no signature required.

For countries without e-Express service, the package will ship with Air Registered Mail (Tracking number start with R). It may take around 2 weeks to 2 months time for mail items to reach recipients subject to flight availability, progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Tracking might stop after leaving Hong Kong, due to destination postal service does not provide tracking information. Items will deliver to your house, signature required.

FedEx International Priority services

FedEx International Priority services will deliver your package typically around 1 to 5 business days worldwide. With delivery signature options, customs clearance, money-back guarantee, online tracking, available for pickup at FedEx locations. Providing more detailed and real-time location.

Price for shipping with FedEx is high, but definitely worth to use.
