Shipping and Returns

Do we ship internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping with Economy and Express options.

Economy Shipping

Economy Shipping is available to most countries. It normally takes 7-21 days to arrive after fulfilment.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available to all countries. It normally takes 3-7 days to arrive after fulfilment.

Service provider will be DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination. Availability and prices shown during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all shipping methods will provide a tracking number by our warehouse partner "NextSmartShip".

The original tracking number provided by the shipping provider will be available inside the NextSmartShip tracking number.

Requesting Returns

Please check with the "Return Policies" in footer and contact us for arranging returns.

Cancelling Orders

Order(s) can be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order(s).

Overdue Pickups/Collections of Packages

Please check the order status and collect the package in time. Package(s) returned to us due to overdue pickup(s) will require extra postage charges, including returning fee, and reshipping fee.

Taxes/Duties of International Shipping

All order(s) might subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and please contact the local customs office or shipping provider for clearance of the package(s).

Why there is no updates on orders?

We normally takes 5-7 business days to process your order(s). As packages are transferred from our factory to warehouse before forwarding to you.

An email confirmation with tracking number will be provided once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Change of Order Details

No adjustment is allow after order is dispatched.

Can I request Special Serial Numbers?

We allow requesting special serial numbers for personal preference if the serial numbers are still available.

Can I request Special Back Engravings?

Special back engravings are available for free for rectangular, hexagonal, and HUD tags.

Products could not be refunded or returned once confirmed unless for manufacturing defects.

What is Rectangular Tags?

Rectangular tags are sized 95mm*30mm.

With most of the series are available in this shape.

What is Hexagonal Tags?

Hexagonal tags are sized 52mm*60mm measured as square.

With our special thick/composite material series available in this shape.

What is HUD Tags?

HUD tags are sized 88mm*35mm measured as square.

With our goals to provide keychain function to hexagonal tags, an uprighted hexagonal shape is available.
