Handcrafted original aircraft skin from a BOEING B777-200.

What happens when an airliner comes to retirement?

While very few retired airliners are luckily preserved, the majority are scrapped in aircraft boneyards with the parts restored and the metal recycled. That's when the airliners once flew us to the sky are gone forever.

B-2053, the Boeing 777-21B delivered on Nov 15, 1996, had a wonderful career serving for the first airline in Asia. On Mar 30, 2018, the 21-year-old Boeing 777 was retired and then ferried to VCV, South California, for scrap, with a total flight time of 35,467 hours.

We have been trying to save at least part of this beautiful machine ever since 2019. After three years of effort, we can finally say that we made it! 10,000 tags with original shiny paint from the skin of B-2053 are being produced for aviation enthusiasts worldwide.

The Boeing 777 is applied with many state-of-the-art technologies and advanced composite materials. Likewise, we upgraded multiple new crafts developed during our previous editions, presenting this little piece of aircraft skin in your hand. Whether using it as a keychain/bag tag or simply getting it as collectibles, B-2053 will live on in your hand; Your purchase will also help us save more aviation history in the future!

More information on Airlinertags

Weight : around 0.03kg per tag

Size : (Hexagon) 52mm*60mm in square size

          (Rectangle) 95mm*30mm

Important to read before purchasing

Every tag has its unique serial number; each of them is unique and special. Tags are distributed randomly, and you will get a different serial number rather than the tag listed.

Purchasing multicolour tags will come with a unique pattern as every tag has a particular pattern, but the colour will be the same as what you bought. Purchasing multicoloured tags will be automatically agreed with the rule.

Aircraft skins are flown with the aircraft for years and parked in Boneyards before us handcrafting it to tag. Minor scratches and paint drop are normal, hexagons and multicolour rectangles tags are not recommended to use as a keychain, and all rectangles tags will come with a ring for daily use.

The whole package will include a cardboard alongside with the tag, relying on the hole and rings to connect them.

Please feel free to contact us for more details and your questions :)

Have a new day and enjoy your Airlinertags!
