Handcrafted original aircraft skin from a BOEING B737-800.
With the introduction of next-generation narrow-body aircrafts with better performances, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a large number of old narrow-body aircrafts are facing retirement. However, with the rapid development of e-commerce and logistics industries, the demand for cargo aircraft in the market is also increasing. In the competition of narrow-body freighters today, the Boeing 737-800BCF is undoubtedly the most popular option. It has a payload of over 23 tons or a cargo volume of over 185 cubic meters. The structural reinforcement also brings an additional lifespan of approximately 15-20 years. As a result, more airlines are choosing to convert their Boeing 737-800s into freighters rather than retiring them directly.
Ryanair, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, is the largest low-cost airline in Europe. The airline owns the world’s largest fleet of Boeing 737-800 in the number of both active and historic aircraft. Despite the all-economy 189-seat cabin configuration may not provide passengers with much comfort, Ryanair and its low-cost strategy has achieved great commercial success. In recent years, a large number of Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Ryanair’s fleet have been sent to multiple sites in China for cargo conversion.
The conversion requires the installation of a 3.58-meter wide and 2.08-meter high door on the Portside of the forward fuselage. A section of fuselage skin, from the top to the belly, with a length of rough 8 meters, were removed during the conversion. The product you are holding is made from the skin cut off during the conversion of a Boeing 737 by Ryanair. Unfortunately, sue to the large number of aircraft undergoing conversion, by the time we found these skins, it was no longer possible to confirm their registration numbers and operation histories. Nevertheless, this tag once belonged to a Boeing 737-800 that carried millions of passengers to every last corner of the European continent!

Every tag has its unique serial number; each of them is unique and special. Tags are distributed randomly, and you will get a different serial number rather than the tag listed.
Purchasing multicolour tags will come with a unique pattern as every tag has a particular pattern, but the colour will be the same as what you bought. Purchasing multicoloured tags will be automatically agreed with the rule.
Aircraft skins are flown with the aircraft for years and parked in Boneyards before us handcrafting it to tag. Minor scratches and paint drop are normal, hexagons and multicolour rectangles tags are not recommended to use as a keychain, and all rectangles tags will come with a ring for daily use.
The whole package will include a cardboard alongside with the tag, relying on the hole and rings to connect them.
